I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been here, multiple times, for my one dog and I was always surprised at how quickly and effectively they treated us. Today, however I had to bring my other dog. He is a nightmare at the vet (freaks out, needs a muzzle, etc...) They were amazing with him!! It's even the first time he willingly went up to a vet and the vet tech and let them pet him!!!
We were seen right away and they worked around his anxiety as best they could. It was a very positive experience (considering no one wants to go to the ER with their dog). I feel lucky this is where we were able to go today.
Everyone here really cares about the patients and families under their care. I’ve had to bring my dog in and out over the past six months and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the doctors, nurses, and staff. We had to put down our dog and they were incredibly comforting and made accommodations for us so that we could be there for her final moments. Great place.
Cannot speak highly enough about the care, professionalism, and attention to detail of the Kirkland staff, nurses, and doctors. Our cat, Carrots, had to be hospitalized for a week for cholangio hepatitis which is a painful and potentially fatal issue for him. The staff kept him alive and took the best care to keep him comfortable. They encouraged visits to keep his spirits up, patiently answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job on integrated care for him. They even warned us about the cost before each treatment and offered options. He’s home today, recovering, and we are grateful. We will be following up on his long term care with Blue Pearl’s internal medicine specialist because I don’t trust anyone else to give him the level of care he’s received there. They’re attention to detail and compassion in their care is absolutely top notch.
I can’t express enough how much I loved our experience. It’s incredibly stressful when your pet is sick and you feel helpless. From the moment we arrived we felt immediate care for our dog, thoroughly listened to, and informed. It made it very easy to trust them. The nurses sat with our dog in his waiting room (the one we couldn’t be in before X-rays) simply because they noticed he got a little nervous being alone. The doctor was very informative, took detailed notes of everything we were describing and the nurses were all very well educated. I appreciated the transparency of fees prior to any action being taken. We left with answers and our pup is on the path to recovery doing very well. I am so thankful for this team and recommend anyone having concerns with your pets to come here.
Blue Pearl is where you go when you absolutely need emergency assistance for your pet. They have never had less than the most professional people working at the Kirkland location, Front desk, technicians and veterinary doctors, all are responsive, communicative and calm. They don’t recommend unnecessary services to run up the cost. Your pet’s health is their focus. I feel indebted to these wonderful people for being available at 11:30 PM on a Monday night and saving my dogs life. I received follow up calls, a picture of our puppy since she had to stay overnight and clear expectations on treatment. 5 stars for Blue Pearl.

Blue Pearl went above and beyond to save my very sick kitty. All of the staff were incredibly kind and understanding and worked with me to find solutions when I ran into financial difficulties. Were it not for their persistence and compassion, my cat wouldn't be here. Thank you!
